Wichford P.L.C. is a property investment company, registered in the Isle of Man, with a portfolio focused on properties occupied by Central and State Government bodies in both the UK and Continental Europe.

As at 31 March 2010, Wichford owned 79 properties in the UK and Continental Europe (one in France, five in Germany and one in The Netherlands) totalling 345,000 square metres (3,715,000 square feet), valued by external valuers at £562.5 million.

Since then Wichford has acquired three additional properties in the UK, located in Leeds, Weymouth and Wigan, for a total of £16.4 million.
